Cookies

Google Analytics counts our visitors. Outside Europe it uses two cookies for that, in Europe only after you accept cookies. No advertising runs here. Last updated 26 October 2026.

Google Analytics

It shows us which pages buyers open, how they found us and where they stop on the order form. For visitors outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it stores two cookies:

  • _ga: recognises a returning browser, for two years.
  • _ga_KDLPWD1W9X: holds a single visit together, for two years.

Visitors inside them get a small card first. Until they accept cookies nothing is stored, and Google gets an anonymous count of the visit. Ads features are off for everyone. Our host Vercel measures page speed too, without cookies.

What the site keeps in your browser

To make ordering easier, a few things are saved in your browser's local storage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to us on its own:

  • Your wishlist, the alpacas you saved on the collection page.
  • An unfinished order on the order form, so you can come back to it later.
  • Your answer on the cookie card, in Europe only, so it does not ask again.

They stay on your device until you send the order, and the site does not need your consent for them, because they only serve what you asked for.

Third parties

The site is served by Vercel and its fonts come from Google Fonts. Loading a page sends your IP address to them, as any website does, but neither sets a cookie through this site. Google Analytics is described above. More in the privacy statement.

How to clear it

Delete the site data for tubialpacas.com in your browser settings, or clear your browsing data. That removes your wishlist, any unfinished order and the analytics cookies.
